Corporate Stress Management
Corporate stress management consultations include a series of employee/admin/leadership in-service trainings (typically 45 – 60 minutes). The primary focus is to give a better understanding of how our perceptions and overemphasis on our emotional experience causes dysfunction in our ability to manage daily stress. Topics are tailored to each unique business environment but often include basic stress management strategies, how to deal with difficult people, conflict management strategies, basic communication skills, and leadership training.

Executive/Leadership Coaching
Executive/Leadership coaching looks beyond the basics of “what makes a good leader” and addresses the three (3) essential areas for maintaining a healthy business:
Self-care
Team-care
Mission-care
This series of in-service training sessions focuses on these core areas of leadership development and maintenance as well as basic skill development in areas such as communication, conflict management and resolution, decision making, avoiding burn-out, etc.
Additional 1-on-1 and small group coaching sessions are designed to address specific needs for the Executive or Leadership team.
